JUNE 2015. THE INTERPRETERS OF ICAM CHOCOLATE IN EXPO.

 

June has been a month full of appetizing and amazing events: in Cocoa & Chocolate Cluster, at Icam Booth, lots of chocolate & pastry chefs and renowned companies have delighted Expo visitors with fantastic and precious creations, through cooking shows and exclusive tasting events. In particular, the flavours of the South Italy have been the protagonists, combining chocolate with typical products from Campania, Sicily and Calabria.

From Today to 30 October, 20 top talented chefs from all over the world will fight the battle of all chocolate battles in the Salon du Chocolat in Paris. They have one goal: become the best chocolate chef in the world. Witness breathtaking chocolate showpieces, haute couture pralines, the chocolate snacks of the future and much more.

Italy gets on the international stage and ICAM offers "A showcase to the world" to chocolate makers who daily choose the quality of the Italian company for its own production and itinerary research. The first cooking show get under way: selected Italian and International professionals will be at the ICAM booth in the Italian Chocolate Districts. On the stage of the cluster and on the roof garden, every chocolate maker will propose its interpretations made with Icam Professional Line Chocolate combined with the typical ingredients of its territory and with their professionality.
